Land Trusts are not-for-profit organisations set up by local people to help improve or protect their village or neighbourhood.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cdiv class=\"col-6\">\u003Cp>The Upper Culm Community Land Trust is a Community Benefit Society, registered with the Financial Conduct Authority. The CLT is a democratic membership being open to all members of the parishes of Hemyock and Clayhidon.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>In 2017 the CLT achieved Registered Provider status with the governments Homes & Communities Agency. This allows the CLT to to operate as a housing association in its own right.
