About Us
Otter Construct Ltd was incorporated in 2012 (company no. 08293716). Managed by experienced and successful Directors with a vast range of knowledge and practical proficiency in the construction industry.
Head office
The Otter Construct Head Office is at Holt Barn, sitting proudly above the M5 in picturesque countryside in Poundisford, Taunton.
The office has been converted by our sister company Otter South West to run as efficiently as possible, with a 7kW solar PV array on the roof and a Daikin Altherma Air Source Heat Pump, delivering heating via underfloor heating system and hot water for the office.
The office also uses a grey water system, which is used to maintain company vehicles.
